Beginning his career with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in 1989 as one of the pioneering 1,900 employees, he quickly established himself as a trailblazer in the field. His entrepreneurial aspirations led him to launch a startup in Coimbatore, which he later expanded to Chennai, demonstrating his commitment to growth and innovation.
During his visit, Mr. Paramasivam shared a profound philosophy on success: “Skill accounts for 20%, but mindset makes up 80%.” He stressed the importance of hard work, continuous learning, and maintaining a positive outlook.
